Photobooth Rates 

We know that most of our competitors won’t list their pricing, and most potential customers don’t like to contact businesses for them because it opens the door for a “pushy sales tactic of "buy now" or the deal is gone." 

We’re leaving our prices here because: 

There’s an industry standard; it helps to be aware of it. 

We're fair across the board. The price is the same for everyone, be it for a company event to a wedding or birthday party. There's no sliding scale based on who you are. 

However, the scale does move based on your guest quantity and the distance/location of your event. 

We don’t want to be pushy. It never hurts to ask a question; we’re more than happy to help answer you. 

We’re proud of what we can do and have a wide variety of options that can be tailored to your budget. 

If you have any questions or have a customization question, feel free to ask. 

If you don't ask, the answer is always, "no." 



Our photobooth is special because not only does it use professional photography equipment, but it also records high definition video messages at 1080P with optimal sound, at NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE.  



Our booths were built with quality in mind and comfort in mind. 



Video messages can be at a duration of 10-20 seconds or however long or short you would prefer. Most people prefer 10 seconds so that there's no deadspace, and it's quick and easy for your guests. 

After an event, a download link will be provided with the full resolution images (up to 30 megapixels) along with print files, and video messages that we collect will be provided at NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE. 

Video messages are recorded at 1080P, which results in a 90mb file. Recording can be done in 4K, but NOT RECCOMEND as 10 seconds of 4K video equals 2-3 GB of space. 1GB = 1000mb 

Please note the Set-up Time and Tear-down time IS NOT included in the operational service. Basically, add two hours to any of the packages that you see below.

WEDDING OUTDOOR EVENTS 25% Additional Charge 

(We cannot be on grass. We must be on concrete & level ground, away from wildlife & contaminants. If your event is outdoors, we need to know ahead of time, and described to us; this way we can see if it's plausible to have the set-up outdoors, negates the surcharge.) 

INCONVENIENCE FEES VARIES 

(Inconveniences = Flights of Stairs, boats, loading in different cities.) 
 

Charitable Non-profit fundraising rates are available upon request.

*Rates subject to change for Holidays and Holiday Season.  Valentine's Day, 4th of July, Halloween, Christmas Eve / Day, New Year's Eve, etc.

**Premium rate applies for events with expected high usage of materials and supplies. ie. Colleges, High School events, Festivals, Conventions, large company parties, large wedding parties, and Professional Sporting Events and events that end at 11PM and later.

***Because of the impact of traffic to the East Bay and North Bay, travel fees apply to any venue that requires the usage of the Bay Bridge or Golden Gate Bridge.

****Prices subject to change on High Impact Demand Dates. Example, 6/8, 8/8, 8/18, etc.
